We are proud to present the documentary Ryuichi Sakamoto: Coda about the famous japanese composer Ryuichi Sakamoto at such a special location as Kulturkirken Jakob. Bring a friend or two, and join us for a very special film experience in Kulturkirken Jakob.

Ryuichi Sakamoto: Coda is directed by Stephen Nomura Schible, known for the documentary Eric Clapton: Sessions For Robert and as coproducer on Sofia Coppola´s Lost in Translation.

About Ryuichi Sakamoto: Coda:

An inspirational film where we follow composer Sakamoto´s career that spans four decades. Sakamoto´s music genre spans from synthpop to composing music for the Oscar winning movie The Revenant (2015). Through arcihve footage and interviews this film lives up to Sakamoto´s ideal about living here and now, and let yourself be absorbed by your surroundings.
