Closing Film and Awards Ceremony

EVIL DOES NOT EXIST is this year’s closing film at Films from the South. In connection with the screening of the film at 13:00 at Vega Scene, we will present the festival's main award, the Silver Mirror Award, and the award for best documentary, Doc:South. There will be koto music and a speech from the Japanese ambassador.

After the screening, the program continues, and together with the Japanese Embassy, we invite you to a day filled with culture at Vega Scene. Enjoy a mix of Japanese films, music, and workshops, and taste authentic Japanese delicacies.
