French Girl

Sofia lives in France with her Moroccan family. Her father is unemployed and has trouble filling their needs. One day he suddenly sells everything they own and forces the family to return to Morocco. Despite adapting to this new society, Sofia cannot completely forget her past in France. When she gets old enough to become a student, Sofia dreams about going back to her former home country, but her family shuts down her initiative and forces her into a traditional female role.
