The Hunter

Ali has recently been released from prison and works the nightshift as a watchman in Tehran, supporting his small family. He spends his spare time hunting in the forest north of town. One day his wife and daughter disappear, caught up in a shoot-out with demonstrators and the police. Ali begins a desperate search that drives him to the very edge of reason. He randomly shoots and kills two policemen before fleeing into the forest. The fine line between hunter and hunted becomes difficult to define in this breathtaking thriller. red
