Kitano TAKESHI
Takeshi Kitano (b. 1947) is a Japanese TV personality, actor and author, as well as a highly productive and acclaimed filmmaker. He has received several acting and directing awards, including The Golden Lion for Hana-bi (eng. Fireworks) at the 1997 Venice Film Festival, and been nominated for the Palme d’Or twice.
